Shipping policy

Credit cards will be charged after you have click the final submit button in the 'checkout' process.  A secure third party is processing the payment for your order and therefore we do not have access to your credit card information at any time.

If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to contact us at matt.miller.llc@gmail.com or by phone at 1-617-398-7007.  Your order confirmation is in a confirmation email sent to the address you provided.  Horns and custom bells are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.  All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 days unless they are out of stock or made during times when the Post Office is closed, and you will be notified.  You may choose to have a complete refund if the items are out of stock.

The lead time on customized items, such as bespoke custom bells and natural horns will be discussed and agreed upon with you, the customer.  For those items, you will only be charged immediately before the item is shipped to you. 

In case you have an emergency and need an item shipped fast, we can accommodate you, but please first call or e-mail us at matt.miller.llc@gmail.com (shipping costs will increase).

USPS Priority Mail delivers within 1-3 business days anywhere within the continental US, while UPS and FedEx Ground delivers within 1-5 business days within the continental US, depending on your location.  We do not ship on federal holidays or on Sundays.
